The special server

The special server is a very special server.
First, in the special server, the players can create them players as they want. With a special tool.
They can put all the stats they want.
Second, they can change/create them stuff, with all the bonuses they want and the upgrad they want.
Third, it's a big arena, the server is PK for more fun.
The players can use the Special UserCP, teleport who they want, etc.
This server will be put on when players want.
